Who we are
Audit for SEO provides hands-on SEO audits for businesses. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you apply for an audit, we collect what you type into the application, including:
- Your name, email address and role
- Your website and details about your business, such as type, revenue range and platform
- Information about your current SEO, ad spend, goals and any questions you send
- Links you choose to share, such as past reports
We also record the country your request came from and your browser type, so we can spot spam. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other sites.
How we use it
- To review your application and decide whether we're a fit
- To contact you about your application and, if you go ahead, your audit
- To prepare your audit and answer your questions
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Where it's stored
Applications are stored with Cloudflare and sent to our email inbox. Anything you share for the audit, such as Search Console access, is used only for that audit.
How long we keep it
We keep applications for up to 24 months so we can follow up and refer back to past audits. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
